RETURNS POLICY

  • We are happy to provide domestic customers with a refund for an online purchase given the goods were purchased at full price and returned within 7 days receiving your order. 

    Please contact customer care info@mulaner.com stating your order number. A "return code" and the return address will be provided via the email. Returns will only be process once goods have been received at head office.

    Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). We suggest that all garments are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe.

    Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

    Please be advised that the Mulaner does not offer returns on any sale/discounted items. And currently Mulaner does not offer returns on any internationally orders. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. Upon return, the item's original shipping cost would be deducted from the total return amount.

    Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense at this point in time. As we dispatch and deliver so quickly, it is quicker and easier to place a second order for the right style, colour or size. Then, just treat your original order as a standard return and you will be refunded as normal.
